What's involved in a typical session?
Currently our training sessions are either on the sand(beach) or on grass.
They consist of a wide range of exercises including; All different types of bodyweight exercises (squats, push-ups, etc),
Running (soft sand and grass),
Agility work (using agility ladders),
Medicine ball work,
Exercises using logs (dont worry, they dont weigh that much!),
Ropes and sand bags,
Stair running and
Boxing.

For this reason we guarantee that no two sessions will be identical! |

Do you need to be fit to join the groups?
NO!!! everyone starts at their own level, whether it be increasing the distance you can run from 100 metres to 200, or increasing your push-up count from 60 to 70! We will tailor the session to suit you. Just remember, you're not competing against anyone but yourself.

What makes Day One different from all the rest of the fitness groups?
At Day One we limit our numbers to ensure everyone gets the personal attention they need to achieve their goals. We also guarantee that none of our sessions will be repeated, therefore keeping your mind stimulated and getting you closer to the results you want!

When do the 6 week packages start?
We start the packages at the beginning of every week. (Subject to availability) |

What happens if I skip a session within the 6 week package?
You are more than welcome to attend a make up session at an alternate time within that
6 week period. If it is left beyond this period, unfortunately the sessions will be forfeited. |
